No. This event is ONLY for InnoEnergy students/alumni. Any non-InnoEnergy students/alumni will be rejected.
You will get a confirmation email that you have registered. This will be followed by a second email confirming or denying your acceptance to the event and the next steps you need to follow.
Students/alumni will be able to access the platform ONLY a week prior to the event, when the event lobby will be open, allowing them to book 1-on-1 meetings (videocalls), apply for available positions and see all attending companies.
Here are a few things to consider before attending a Virtual Career Fair: research participating companies, update your resume and LinkedIn profile, practice your elevator pitch, prepare questions, ensure you have a stable internet connection.
You will be able to request 1-on-1 meetings (videocalls) with company representatives or send a private message and have a chat within the platform.
Yes! The InnoEnergy Virtual Career Fair can be a good networking opportunity. You never know when you’ll need a connection in a specific company!
While there is no strict dress code for the InnoEnergy Virtual Career Fair, you will be meeting company representatives on video calls, so we recommend dressing professionally to make a positive impression on company representatives.
All conversations that have been started during the InnoEnergy Virtual Career Fair will stay available for you and the companies for 1 month after the event.

To participate, complete the registration by clicking the Employer Registration Form button. Once registered, you can customize your virtual booth, post job openings, and engage with students during the event.
You will get a confirmation email that you have registered. This will be followed by a second email with details regarding the preparation work needed to be done, such as customizing your onlin booth and updating all the necessary information.

The most used feature is the 1-on-1 meetings, together with the chat function and the possibility for students/alumni to apply for the open vacancies posted on the event platform.
The InnoEnergy Virtual Career Fair will attract year 1 and year 2 students from EIT InnoEnergy's diverse programs, but also alumni with work experience.
Once registered, you will have access to the platform's exhibitor dashboard, where you can set up your virtual booth, upload company information, logos, videos, and job postings, and customize your profile to attract students.
Yes, you can schedule interviews or meetings with interested students/alumni during the event or follow up with them afterward to arrange further discussions.
No, the event is free of charge.
Yes, you will have access to student resumes and profiles through the platform, allowing you to review potential candidates and reach out to them for further discussions or interviews.
